Workplace Violence and Harassment – Bill 168
RESCHEDULED for June 10th
Amendments to Ontario’s Occupational Heath and Safety Act (OHSA) which will strengthen protection of workers from workplace violence and address harassment at work will come into force on June 15, 2010. These amendments will apply to all workplaces to which OHSA currently applies.
