Pointing the Way - Introduction to Leadership

This workshop will provide you with the opportunity to enhance and develop skills that will help increase your effectiveness as a leader of your organization.
The fundamental purpose of the Pointing the Way – Introduction to Leadership workshop is to assist you in furthering your abilities to lead others to get extraordinary things done, now and into the future. This workshop will enable you to focus your efforts constructively, to be consistently productive and to get the job done efficiently through others. The thread that runs through all the attributes of leadership is people, and the ability to effectively connect and interact with them. That is what the Pointing the Way – Introduction to Leadership workshop focuses on: people skills… beginning with a focus on you as a leader.
