Expand and improve your knowledge of professional construction management utilizing project management standards and construction law practices. This three-day comprehensive course focuses on construction management core competencies, contract administration, contract law, construction liens and change management within the context of construction related projects. This practical course incorporates techniques and best practices creating an invaluable learning opportunities for professionals working on construction-related projects
The course is designed for employees who are currently working on construction-related projects (project management teams) It is expected that you have responsibilities in managing or overseeing construction projects. There are no prerequisites to this course.
$750 +HST per member, $800 +HST per non-member
