Grand Valley Construction Association (GVCA) members get free affidavit services on all construction documents that need a Commissioner of Oath signature. This includes Statutory Declaration of Progress Payment.
Our service
To access this service, drop in to our office on 25 Sheldon Drive in Cambridge during regular business hours (Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm). One of our five Commissioners on staff will sign your documents. No appointment is necessary. We can also sign virtually, so email mike@gvca.org if you can't visit us in person.
Non-member pricing
If you are not a member of GVCA, we will charge $50 + HST for every document that requires a Commissioner of Oath Signature. To get year-round complimentary affidavit services, become a GVCA member.
