CM Services for Excelligent Milton Long-term Care

The proposed building will be approximately 170,000 square feet. This includes +/- 12,000 square feet of ‘shell’ or leasable future tenant space on the ground floor. There is a single level of underground parking, with approximately 40 spaces. The project will be approved, funded and inspected by the Ministry of Long-Term Care of Ontario. The Major occupancy will be B2 and the construction will be non-combustible and fully sprinklered. The project scope also includes associated civil site services, asphalt paved parking areas, driveways and landscaping.

The entire facility will be constructed in one phase, and once fully complete, it will be inspected and approved by the Ministry of Long-Term Care.
