Construction Manager for Services and Construction Long Term Care Facility in Wardsville

The new Long Term Care Facility will be built on Hagerty Road in Wardsville, Ontario. The site is adjacent to an existing Long Term Care facility which will be demolished in the future. The existing LTC facility does not interfere with the new site. The demolition of the existing facility is not included as part of this tender. The new building is a 42,200 square foot single story structure. Slab on grade, cold formed steel walls, and brick and siding cladding. The project is to be developed in one phase.

The new LTC will include 2 Resident Home Areas (RHA), a multi-purpose room/chapel, meeting rooms, main kitchen, central laundry, administration offices, doctor’s office, therapy rooms, lounges, and two courtyards.
