The Corporation of the Township of North Dumfries (the Township) is in need of a new administration building at their Public Works Depot located at 1168 Greenfield Road Cambridge, Ontario.
The project involves the following components:
• The detailed design and drawings required for site plan and building permit applications.
• The coordination of all approval processes.
• The construction of a new administration building on site including all civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical components.
• The design and construction of a new septic system to service the building
• Upgrades to water servicing and treatment on the site.
• The construction of an expanded parking area around the building and all associated grading to facilitate the construction of the new building.
