General Contractor for Small Works Construction Pre-Qualification

The Corporation of the City of Guelph is seeking non-binding responses from prospective respondents to prequalify for eligibility to provide General Construction Contracting Services for small works within the Facilities and Energy Management department. The Facilities and Energy Management group typically manages and executes between $2,000,000 to $5,000,000 of capital improvements and maintenance projects per year. Through this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ), the City of Guelph intends to Pre-Qualify General Construction Contracting Services to participate in the completion of these projects.
