Gibbons Street Apartments

The Scope of work is for 40-unit residential building is four storeys in height with an approximate building area of 11,295 sq.ft (1,050 sq.m). The building, includes individual residential suites, residential support spaces, staff offices, service rooms, and vertical transfer spaces (stairs and passenger elevators). Building structures include cast-in-place reinforced footings, foundations, exterior and interior load-bearing, wood-framed walls, insulated concrete slab-on-grade, pre-engineered wood floor truss systems with concrete topping, and pre-engineered wood truss roof system. Other building structures consist of precast concrete balconies, supported by structural steel columns.
