Purchasing Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex payments for all online event and education registrations. An invoice option is available, upon request, to GVCA members in good standing. Invoice terms are Net 30 days. All invoices must be paid in full prior to the event date. If you have any questions, please contact stephanie@gvca.org or call 519-622-4822 ext. 131.
Cancellation Policy
We require five business days' notice of cancellation for all our education courses and events. If you are unable to make it to an event or training course and you've missed the cancellation period, we encourage you to send someone else as refunds are not available.
