What we provide:
Networking: WinC provides multiple networking events each year to build meaningful connections and valuable professional relationships withing the construction industry.
Inspiration: In 2023, we introduced "deCONSTRUCTED: A discussion with women - Peer2Peer event". The goal for this series was to provide inspiration, motivation and collaboration between our women. An open discussion where we can share stories, insights, and experiences from women who have achieved remarkable milestones in construction. These stories inspire and motivate others to reach their goals.
