Building Better Communities Since 1974

Our story

The Grand Valley Construction Association has been the voice of the industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) construction industry across Southwestern Ontario for more than 50 years. Formed in 1974 through the merger of the Guelph Construction Association and the Kitchener-Waterloo Construction Association, GVCA has grown into one of the province’s leading construction associations.

For over five decades, GVCA has thrived thanks to the vision and dedication of our past Chairs and industry leaders. Their legacy continues today in the programs, services, and community we deliver to members.
