Commissioner of Oath

The Grand Valley Construction Association (GVCA) provides complimentary affidavit services for our members on all construction documents requiring a Commissioner of Oath signature, including Statutory Declarations of Progress Payment

Our service

We have five Commissioners on staff ready to assist you. No appointment is necessary; simply choose the method that works best for you:

• In-Person: Visit our office at 25 Sheldon Drive in Cambridge during regular business hours. 
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

• Virtual: If you cannot visit us in person, we offer virtual signing. Please email mike@gvca.org to coordinate.

Non-member pricing

For those who are not currently members of the GVCA, a fee of $50 + HST applies per document.
