WinC DeConstructed Series

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our WinC deConstructed lunch! We’re grateful to have brought together women from across the construction industry for an afternoon of meaningful conversation, shared experiences, and connection.

In an industry where women remain underrepresented, creating space to connect, learn from one another, and build lasting relationships is more important than ever. Together, we continue to strengthen our voices, expand our influence, and create opportunities for women to lead, support, and inspire one another.
