Healthy Workplace Month Spotlight: CMHA WW & AEC Safety Solutions
In recognition of Healthy Workplace Month, CMHA Waterloo Wellington is proud to partner with AEC Safety Solutions to help organizations better understand and address psychological health and safety in the workplace.
While workplace safety is often associated with physical hazards, psychological hazards can have a significant impact on employee well-being, engagement, and organizational success. Through the Mental Health Hazards Consultation Project, CMHA WW and AEC Safety Solutions worked together to identify psychological health and safety risks and develop practical, evidence-informed hazard reduction programs to create healthier workplaces.
With 1 in 5 people experiencing a mental health challenge in any given year, supporting workplace mental health has never been more important. This partnership helps organizations recognize potential hazards, reduce risks, and foster environments where employees can thrive.
